How it works? 

Dedicated e-trainings are created in response to the specific development needs of the client and closely matched to their individual requirements.

Dedicated trainings combine:

  • Content created in response to specific customer needs,
  • Diverse interactive forms that increase engagement and high effectiveness of learning,
  • Examples (case studies) of various implementation mechanisms embedded in the client’s business reality, which enable intuitive and quick use of the acquired knowledge in everyday business practice. 

Dedicated trainings:

  • Ensure learning comfort, resulting from the intuitive interface, which allows you to focus on the content, not on the complicated operation of the course,
  • Provide the opportunity to build a “blended learning” process, which includes additional activities carried out outside the computer screen and combines them with stationary workshops operating in the organization,
  • have a structure that guarantees high effectiveness of learning, among others, thanks to the rational division/breakdown of content, the separation of key issues and the division into lessons developed in accordance with the tell me, show me, let me (try me) methodology. Such an approach ensures high level of knowledge acquisition.

Training preparation in the EXPRESS model

We also carry out dedicated trainings in a quick, simplified express mode, which allows for a significant reduction in the training production time. When working on the materials provided by the client, we are able to implement standardized e-learning trainings in a few days, ready to be published on any LMS platform.

When implementing courses in the express model, we make the following assumptions:

  • Training in the express model is carried out based on the client’s source materials (we do not interfere in the content),
  • The project implementation process in the express model is very fast – it can take only 48 hours from the moment materials are delivered,
  • Diverse interactive forms guarantee a high degree of knowledge acquisition and involvement in the process, and the final test developed on the basis of the questions provided verifies the level of knowledge after the training is completed.

We offer express training in our environment, on a lease basis for customers who do not have their own LMS platform.

Do you make trainings in other languages as well?

Of course. At this point, we are ready to prepare training in the following languages: English, German, Ukrainian, Russian, Italian, French, Romanian, Serbian, Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian, Croatian and Spanish.

Can you prepare a training on any subject?

Yes. We usually develop dedicated trainings on the basis of materials provided by the client, carefully selecting the tools and methodology for the subject.

 

 

Is the sensitive data about my company I provide you with safe?

Of course, we provide full service, also in terms of signing the relevant documents, guaranteeing the client full security.

How long it takes to realize a dedicated training?

It depends on the assumptions and complexity of the project, but if the client cares about time, we offer projects in the EXPRESS mode. When working on the materials provided by the client, we are able to implement standardized e-learning trainings in a few days, ready to be published on any LMS platform.

On the other hand, standard and premium trainings are carried out in about 6 weeks, but remember that the implementation time depends on the length of the training and its complexity. It’s best to contact us about the details.
