Microlearning – content has been divided into short, accessible modules that can be completed at any time, without burdening the user.
Illustrations and animations – showing correct and incorrect body positions, equipment setup and the impact of their organization on the spine and muscles.
Expert Commentary – in selected parts of the training, participants can read the comments and tips of Prof. Robert Gasik, MD, PhD, a recognized specialist in orthopedics and occupational ergonomics.
